There is the large for afull-grown adult tick, the small for a regular sized adult tick and the brand-new micro which can be used to remove larva and nymph. Nymphs are difficult to spot and therefore patients are often not even aware of a tick bite before getting sick. Once the temperature is above 4°C a tick can become active and with a warming climate, there are heightening tickborne pathogen disease risks in the UK and Europe (Loeb, 2021). After removing the tick, disinfect the bite site with an antiseptic wipe or wound wash and wash your hands with soap and water. If you get bitten, do not squeeze the tick, do not burn it, do not try to kill the tick or put it to sleep with chemical products before removing it.

How to use Tick Twister
