The LED on the Easy-Switch button should rapidly blink. If not, perform a long press for three seconds. The keyboard is also entirely wireless, Bluetooth specifically as Logitech has stated it believed in the capabilities of Bluetooth over wireless dongles (though the MX Keys Mini is compatible with the Logi Bolt USB Reciever), so you can't use the device with a connected USB-C. The pads located on the bottom of the keyboard are rubberized despite blending perfectly with the shade of keyboard you selected, so you can use it across just about any surface and not have to worry about it slipping during aggressive typing, and you're also very unlikely to scratch anything either. Plug the USB-C cable at the top right corner of your keyboard. You can continue typing while it is charging.

You can work on multiple computers with your MX Keys keyboard. With a Flow-enabled Logitech mouse, such as MX Master 3, you can work and type on multiple computers with the same mouse and keyboard using Logitech Flow technology. Your keyboard is compatible with multiple operating systems (OS): Windows 10 or later, macOS 10.15 or later, iOS 13.4 or later, iPadOS 14 or later, Linux, ChromeOS, and Android 5 or later. You can use the mouse cursor to move from one computer to the next. The MX Keys keyboard will follow the mouse and switch computers at the same time. You can even copy and paste between computers. You will need to install Logi Options+ software on both computers and follow these instructions.

To charge, plug in the USB-C cable at the top right corner of your keyboard. You can continue typing while it is charging. There are three keys located on the function row of note: a system mute, an emoji key and a dictation key. The mute button does exactly what you think it would – instantly mutes your microphone without you needing to hunt for the right option on your conferencing software. As this is a system mute, it works across everything from Microsoft Teams to Discord so you can avoid any embarrassing interruptions. Press Fn + Esc to swap between Media keys and F-Keys. MX Keys Mini for Mac

You can work on multiple computers with your MX Keys Mini. With a Flow-enabled Logitech mouse, such as MX Anywhere 3, you can also work and type on multiple computers with the same mouse and keyboard using Logitech Flow technology. For around the same price, we’d also recommend looking at the Apple Magic Keyboard, the slightly cheaper MX Keys Mini from Logitech, or if you’re set on a mechanical system, the excellent Keychron K8 arguably offers a superior mechanical experience for not a lot more money.
