You want something for content creation: There are fairly affordable webcams out there that offer better quality videos for content creation and streaming. The Obsbot Meet 4K is a small wonder, quite literally with its smaller-than-a-GoPro size and list of excellent features, many of which you won't find on other webcams. Its design and features are the highlights here. We were especially impressed with the Brio 500’s auto-white balance, which is something almost all webcams struggle with — it wasn’t perfect, but it was almost as impressive as the auto-white balance seen on much pricier webcams, such as the Insta360 Link. Logitech’s RightLight 4 technology, which is designed to compensate in less-than-ideal lighting situations, did an excellent job of producing flattering, evenly-lit images in both low and overexposed lighting. The Webcam Settings panel lets you adjust the camera’s brightness, contrast, saturation, zoom, and advanced settings. You need a cheap webcam: This is an expensive webcam and there are certainly cheaper products on the market for anyone who can't stretch their budget.
You need higher-resolution footage: Limited to 720p, this isn't going to offer the sharpest image quality. However, if you’re looking to use this particular webcam as part of a streaming setup, you might want to consider investing in either a standalone microphone or a gaming headset. The Logitech C920’s dual audio sensors are not very good, and I’ve personally found that in most cases, even using a laptop’s built-in microphone yielded better results. Not that Razer's webcams need any with noise handling anyway, as they've always done so well on that front, and the Kiyo Pro Ultra does it even better. That's not all. On test, its autofocus proved not just snappy but butter-smooth as well, and the fact that the Razer Synapse gives you manual control over focusing (as well as exposures, digital zooming and panning, and more) gives you a level of customizations you'll be hard-pressed to get with most other webcams.The webcam’s autofocus feature is also very reliable, easily adjusting its focus whenever I needed to shift around my desk. You need to make occasional calls: This is a very pricey investment if you're not planning to use it for broadcasting regularly.

It's perfect for anyone just needing to get onto that Zoom or Skype call and be seen clearly.You need one for meetings and personal video calls: This is a pro-level tool whose prowess and features will only be maximized by pro users. If you’re just a casual user, this is overkill. You’re really strapped for cash: If you don’t have to have the best and are on a tight budget, give this one a skip. The C920’s wide angle lens offers a 78-degree field of view. This makes it a solid choice for family video calls as the Logitech C920 is able to comfortably fit several people in a single video frame.
