About this deal

I didn't get bored in this one, so it's a bonus. Aiden is still the same possessive psycho and Elsa is still stubborn like a stone, but at least they really evolved from that toxic relationship to something more stable. Okay lol. I avoided writing the review but then I couldn’t not vent about this book when I basically crawled through it fighting for my life jaksjdkdk On her first day at Royal Elite School Elsa meets Kim, a girl who is sneaking around the edge of the crowd of students and she figures that Kim is a girl like her, who just wants to keep her head down and get through high school so she can get into a good college. They become immediate friends. Then she sees Aiden on the field with his friends. She meets his eyes and can’t look away. He then comes up to her and tells her that he will destroy her. So the end of the trilogy wasn't as spectacular as I thought it would be. But it's way better than Asstrid-Levi so I really shouldn't be comparing. But I'd say it was a neat ending to the trilogy.

the reasons for the separation actually made sense😬. Sigh... I'm glad it wasn't what Kim thought the whole time... but I'm going to comment on this down below I NEEDED TO KNOW cuz these two were driving me insane, especially Xander with all his pushing and pulling and the whole "my mind says no but my body says YES", and the "i hate you but i highkey love you" thing he does.

Xan standing by while Kim's being bullied😑🤬. Look. I get it. He finds out why they can't be together and it breaks him, leads him down the road of addiction, but standing by and watching Kim get bullied p!ssed me off to no end🤬. Not only is Kim fat shamed, but there are other things that happen that cause Kim to be extremely unhappy, leading to her attempting soo-i-cide more than once. Where's the comeuppance? 😐... This leads me to… So first, the writing is terrible. Seriously, I've read many a fanfictions that are written miles better than this. My god. The same points are repeated over and over. The author forces awkward descriptions into the text in a 4th grade attempt to add "context" and "detail." This may take the crown for worst writing in a book that I've read. It was good that Elsa and Aiden got their happy ending. The other characters were interesting too. Cole and silver, then? I kind of guessed them together in the first book when it was revealed that they are going to be stepsibling. And Silver is a completely changed person here. In the previous books, she was a bully and always tormented Elsa about Aiden. And now she doesn't even care about Aiden anymore. Isn't it weird? If the author decided to make Silver a protagonist in the future book, she should have started changing her before. Now the sudden shift of her character is completely unbelievable and obnoxious. He cups my jaw with false tenderness. “That’s the difference between you and me, sweetheart. You’d leave me in a heartbeat if I cheat, but I’ll never leave you even if you cheat.”

At one point during the previous books I thought that maybe her brother Kirian was her and Xander’s child and Xander hated her for letting her parents claim him as theirs. However, I realized that wasn’t possible when I found out Kirian was too old and Kim would have had to have been ten or eleven when she had him. Though I do think that would have been a great story, if Kirian would have been younger. Sufrí con su separación y la manera tan horrible que Xander trataba a Kim pasó de ser su mejor amigo una de las personas más importantes en su vida a la persona que más la lastima Aiden and Elsa were confusing they pissed me off but I found them cute at times my feelings for them are definitely INCONSISTENT😭 one second I love them the next I wanna push both of them off a cliff. The obsessive jealousy I loved Typical me how Aiden couldn’t stand anyone near Elsa and was ready to drop his childhood friends for her and the fight between him and Xander was just 😍😍 come on we love a bit of jealousy maybe i love it a little too much The past binds Elsa and Aiden. It’s like fate or destiny made them for each other. After Aiden’s ‘betrayal’, Elsa tries her best to push Aiden away. But he is having none of that crap. The push and pull added to their explosive relationship, the chemistry scorching, their connection so intense. This book was really bad. I knew it's a bully romance and I also knew about the force seduction which I have no problem with. I have read plenty of books that have force seduction which also have good plots and enjoyed them. However, I just didn't enjoy this book. The scenes were repetitive and not entertaining. The whole mystery of the past didn't serve any purpose until the end. It was also unnecessary lengthy.Since a young age, Rina has been obsessed with storytelling and flawed, edgy characters. Her heroes are often killers and anti-heroes and her books are always sprinkled with darkness, angst, violence, and lots of heat. and can we talk about Kimberly (h bff) and Xander's (H bff) history? i bet you they used to be childhood best friends but something happened so Xander became her "bully". im getting a Jared and Tate vibes and im all for that. i think im more intrigued with their relationship and story to be honest. I loved Elsa so much, she WASN'T a doormat at all and stood her own. Oh, and her friendship with Kim... *I'm not swooning over the friendship more than the relationship*

For a moment, he’s the most important person in the world. I want to engrave myself under his skin so nothing can separate us again. I want to be one with him. The thought of living apart destroys me like nothing else. The thought is torture like being held underwater. I’ve been drowning and I’m finally coming up for air.” So anyways, no one knows why he is so affected by her presence, buuuut we find out his reasons as the story progresses and let me tell you..

turns out it’s actually quite hard to get into high school based books when you’re older than the characters. no I'm kidding, but, honestly, this book was quite immature and typical high school students trying too hard to be something to stand out while acting stupid. all of the characters needed a grown up wake up call: Aidan, the male character was trying too hard to be a dark character and it obviously didn’t feel as natural as it should have. I mean he starts to bully the main girl, Elsa out of no where and starts to touch her right away, it's like there was no buildup of romance, angst, or even hate. at times, I was even confused about what I was reading like the plot sounded promising, but it could have been delivered way better. When Aiden is in love he: If a kiss had a purpose, this one would be all about finding each other kisses Elsa like he is finding himself again. He doesn't see himself: For the rest of our lives, I want to be the only one who witnesses her breaking and support her through the storm. I want to be the one who soothes her ache when she needs soothing. The one who wipes her tears when they need wiping. The one who lifts her up when she needs lifting. I want to be there for her, full stop with any other girl because What I feel for you isn’t only love, obsession, or addiction. It’s all of those and more. Do you know what that means, sweetheart? It means I can’t live without you there's no one else who makes him feel that way. If Elsa is by his side it makes: Anything that involves having you by my side is the perfect plan him feel whole and he can't think of anything else: There hasn’t been a day where I haven’t thought about you. Every time I manage to sleep, I dream of you. have to admit, sometimes, i wasn't really convinced with the romance and the progression was a bit too fast for my liking considering their history but i get it. it's all part of the H's evil plan or whatever.

Elsa and I didn’t meet under the right circumstances. We just met, and then we re-met, and then we became inseparable. The story progresses at a faster pace, the suspense and mystery keeping you on your toes, and that insanely passionate romance. I was there for everything! That ending is explosive – should have seen that coming!

i still loved the characters and i reaaalllyyy can't wait to read Xander and Kim's book. their "relationship" is just full of mystery that i really wanna know why the hell Xander hates Kim!
