Gavin and Stacey ran for 3 seasons, as well as a 2019 Christmas Special which was set 10 years later. In the same world as Doris, Dawn and Pete’s presence is never done too much. Their amazingness works because of how incredible Adrian Scarborough and the incomparable Julia Davis are as actors – if you’ve never seen the behind the scenes special and witnessed their chemistry as mates off camera I suggest you do so URGENTLY.
