About this deal

This book, this book, THIS BOOK! I don't know what Sara puts in her writing, but I want to bottle it and hold on to it forever. After Praise, I had a high expectation for Eyes on ME, and Sara delivered. The supporting characters in this book are also amazing. Big shout out to my favorites Eden and Drake. We get more from Drake in Give Me More and I knew there was a reason I love him. Eyes on Me Book Review Mia was a pleasant surprise for me too. She's unapologetic and unashamed to be who she is. She knows what she wants, and she owns her life, and her curvy body. She's a camgirl, and she likes to be in control of what people get to see. And yes, she has an annoying stepbrother. Someone she's always been attracted to, drawn to, somehow, but she's never done anything about it. Once they give in, and even before they actually have sex, it's hot. It's all about the chemistry and the deep connection they have. Maybe it's about the way they sort of hated each other all those years, and angry sex is great sex. All I know is that I was there for all of it.

The heroine is slightly more fleshed out with her conflict about being a cam girl, and the fact that she has some other aspirations besides that, but even that is extremely flimsy. This sibling rivalry is strange, mostly due to the fact that when they met she was 8 and he was 21. Like you seriously had a strained relationship with a child? This story took a turn that I wasn't expecting (See TWs). When the 3rd act conflict hit, I was super disappointed that it seemed so predictable, after a story that was so unique and then.... Sara Cate had a much bigger meaning to convey. I was crying at the end of this and I was stunned that this sexy little voyeur tale had so much more to give. I hope you will give it a go. The hero also has some weird rhetoric about possessivenes and judging other men for not being ok with their women being a cam girl (probably the author's way of making him ok with her job as a cam girl) but that goes out the window when she tries to make him jealous of other men. That's a bit of an inconsistency. I didn’t think I was going to like this book when I first started reading it but I did actually end up loving this book. Sara Cate does a wonderful job about showing how one of the most feminist things we can do is explore our sexuality and kinks and then be completely unashamed about them and not afraid to voice what we want.He feels undeserving. Broken. It's not that he doesn't love Mia, but maybe she can do better than him. He doesn't realize that none of that matters... when you're with the right person. It was great seeing Charlotte and Emerson again, and the bond of friendship between Emerson and Garrett.

I enjoyed seeing the progress of Garrett and how he slowly accepted that he had depression. It’s rare to see it in books & especially from a MMC perspective.

Success!

Mia has never been able to settle into something she is passionate about. She feels like everyone sees her as a lazy, scatterbrained child. Especially her sexy, older stepbrother. She has found control and worth in fulfillment in her cam girl work, where she calls the shots. Then Garrett decides to come to the family cabin for the first time in years and there is this crazy new chemistry between them. She's had a crush on him for ages but.. is he looking at her differently?
