I've just heard about dokumushi (putting deadly insects in a jar to see which one survives) from this manga and it sounds pretty sick so I was interested.

The building in which they find themselves has running water, no food, and a timer set for seven days. Again, the evil in some characters are vastly exaggerated and some don't make sense but, hey, this is a fiction.
