As it stands, I have never even so much as been in the same room as a bottle of anything the house of Creed has ever produced.

I am not a huge frag-head like some of you, but I do have a modest sized collection of fragrances that I wear in regular rotation. The man who worked the register there when my friend wanted Aventus immediately recommended L'Adventure instead. Because of my 100 frags, I can hardly smell this after 20 minutes, there is still the shiny oil on my hand , yet I can hardly smell it. Fragrance is in my opinion overloaded with Iso E Super (woody notes) and citruses, this causes noseblind within max 1-2h after application. Sillage barely qualifies as medium, lasts just a few hours, better save your money and don't believe the hype about this.The longevity is insane too, I sprayed this at 8am and it’s 8pm and I’m still getting whiffs of this.

However I must say neither does a good job conveying the original fragrance and I cant for the life of me understand how people can say they cant smell the difference.I would bet money 99% of people would not tell the difference in a blind test of this and Aventus after a 10 minute dry down and most would probably prefer this because it is stronger. Got myself the new batch with the sticker on the bottle and yes the performance is not that intense despite the name. Don't get confused people------L'Aventure is amazing and will not break the bank, you won't be disappointed. I had read a ton of reviews and watched a ton of review videos (shout out to curlyfragrance and Ash with gentsents) and this one always stuck with me. The blend feels so smooth in comparison to CDNIM and I don't find myself disliking any phase of this scent's lifespan.

This is high performer on me and I would say that you need to test it on your skin and only then make a decision. A few people have mentioned a slight "green" vibe going on despite the notes being mostly light and citrusy.I tried comparing CDNIM, Supremacy Silver and all the Poseidons to my 19U11 and every one of them missed the mark in some way. However, it should remain with the experiment, because that smokiness is present, but unfortunately not in this transparent and natural way, which is precisely what makes the uniqueness of the great model so unique. The next hour it stays at arms length, and then it becomes closer to the skin scent, but leaves a nice scent trail. I get zero fruit of any sort from this stuff, and after about an hour I get nothing except right on the skin a little bit of a carboard scent. Well, CDNI has way more smoke, and if clones don’t have pineapple in the opening in my opinion, it’s not a true clone of CA.
