About this deal
Using it on our most recent holiday, our 3 month old baby had no issues at all sleeping on a relatively hard floor on the mattress the cot came with.
The cot complies with British Safety Standards and is suitable for babies and children with see through mesh panels. The zip-down front and top mesh panels with safety toggles are see-through, allowing you to keep an eye on your child at all times. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalised or made to your specification. With any of them, just be careful with the feet/pole ends on your tent groundsheet/camping mats/etc. She did, however, find it easy to remove the mattress sheet straight away if there were spillages to reduce the risk of any stains directly on the mattress, which would be more difficult to clean.

Someone might have one to offload to you for free because those things are everywhere and I reckon most parents use one at some stage. While you can't wash the outer material, it can be wiped down easily with a damp cloth and dries very quickly.Due to the tent poles sticking out on each corner the Arc 2 takes up a little more space than a traditional travel cot (85cm wide by 133cm length), but we’ve so far not had any problems squeezing it into any hotel room. An extra bonus is that Little Life also provided an excellent, and easy to follow instructional video that we found the easiest to follow. Catherine was particularly amused when my husband got trapped in the cot in a game of hide and seek and had to be rescued by me. The mattress actually comes with a little sheet as well to help you keep it nice and clean over the course of a holiday.
We were attempting to get my youngest daughter some shade, and a place where she could nap as the day went on. Budget accommodation tends not to give you the option to have a cot in the room, so we end up having to rearrange furniture, ask for extra mattresses and in general none of these options are ideal for our youngest daughter.
Put them to bed in the travel cot at home for a few days to get them used to sleeping in it while in familiar surroundings.
