This is what happens when a fragrance tries too hard to be all things to all people, and ends up as an undistinguished blur. The initial projection is strong, a sweet tart mixed with a dirty honey, and then lower layers of grass and air.Difficult to say anything about the cactus flower note, generally they smell green-floral in person, very light, not sure what type of cactus flower was used, nor what smell exactly it has in this perfume.
I just sprayed it on and dismissed it as another La Vie Est Belle/ Black Opium genre scent but with solar/ozone notes. This may be amplified by the cactus notes - I have a large cactus garden, and yes, the pink fruit/berries do have a similar taste and smell to Arizona.I'd say that only place that would remotely smell like Arizona ( the perfume) is a Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, but i doubt that is where the perfumer drew the inspiration from.
