I rated this book a 5/5 because not only was it written beautifully, with a very valuable message, but its illustrations also add to the meaning and effect of the story. They riffed on elephants' fear of mice by replacing a wise robin named "Red" found in the original story with the wisecracking mouse character, Timothy.
