About this deal

You get to slowly see his decent into madness and his hunger for power grow in a unique fashion as the film wages on. Rather than remix for Dolby Atmos or DTS:X, Paramount has simply repurposed the existing DTS-HD Master Audio 5. You've Got the Juice Now — A look back at the making of the film featuring brand new interviews with director Ernest R. You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice. Juice marked the unlikely starting line in the career of David Heyman, a barely 30-year-old Brit who would go on to produce all eight Harry Potter films and other Warner Bros.

It’s not a glaring issue, again it’s very brief and I didn’t notice it right away, but when I saw it once at about 30 minutes in I went back and saw it again at around the 15-minute mark and later at the DJ battle. Being the cinematographer for Spike Lee director Ernest Dickenson crashed onto the scene with a stunning debut 25 years ago in the form of Juice, a powerful drama about 4 kids growing up in the hood, but soon falling apart as violence and weapons enter their young world. This film is one of the classics starring the great Tupac Shakur in his first starring role and doesn't fail to impress with the quality as an actor and with the supporting roles of Omar Epps. Colors are a tad desaturated, contrast seems fairly strong and given the age of the film I’ve seen many look much worse. Synopsis; A tale of four friends determined to make some money on the harsh streets of Harlem and featuring an outstanding soundtrack by hip-hop heroes Eric B and Rakim, Cypress Hill, EPMD, Big Daddy Kane and many more. The HDR application really does the best with visual upgrades, as the 1990s style rustic reds and blacks and blues just pop off the screen. It’s not a film that’s out to put a bad light on law enforcement, but there is enough that had been going on (and persists to various extents) that gets reflected in a story by those with experience.

Presentation Graphics Spanish 29,790 kbpsOrdinarily, this probably wouldn't make any difference, but I wonder why it was even re-encoded in the first place? Just as the classic-era films noir of the 1940s and 1950s were confined by the parameters of the Hays Production Code, this movie makes a concession to studios during a late character demise, but we the viewers still get the message loud and clear. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. maybe it's the Def Jam label's habit of putting that s-shaped turntable tonearm graphic on their records back in the day of Public Enemy, The Beastie Boys, LL Cool J or MC Shan, or the way vinyl just "goes" with the music from that era.A tale of four friends determined to make some money on the harsh streets of Harlem and featuring an outstanding soundtrack by hip-hop heroes Eric B and Rakim, Cypress Hill, EPMD, Big Daddy Kane and many more. Yet, as I said, most of the LPs from this period don't sound all that great, even with good, deep cleanings.

Surround Sound Presentation: A good balance is had on this track for the most part, even if it’s not amazing overall.Watching the film, I could easily see newer viewers not being as taken by it, given how there are elements that feel dated. This very playful session gives us a glimpse at the charismatic, down to earth real Shakur, who describes the film as a modern day "Cooley High" while commanding the screen.
