The comment about the aroma being marmite is probably correct, but I do like a spread of marmite on my morning toast…the castrol R aroma brings back many great memories for me.t do it for me castrol R40 is the one ,you can get it in ltr bottles here don't know about down under. He warned, however, never to mix Castrol R40 with mineral or synthetic oils or to leave the oil for long periods of time if the engine is not being used.
