About this deal

Gross Magic is Sam McGarrigle from Brighton, England and if there is any sort of glam rock revival going on with rock kids in their early 20s, this is Sam’s response. Gross Magic was just the right level for Caitlin (nearly 9) but there was plenty to keep Ieuan (7) happy – including some disgusting brown slim and pretend veins. Though this release is brief, it’s a startlingly good look into the beginning of a career that will likely be very long and fruitful. He takes everything good and androgynous about glam rock then adds in a layer of ‘80s new wave that didn’t exist before. Halloween will soon be here and we have been getting in the mischievous mood by trying out Gross Magic.

Pampered Presents Facebook page has a fab competition running for 2 weeks where we are giving away a Gross Magic set to one lucky winner. I have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly he has picked up the tricks and the fact that he has adapted some of the harder tricks so he can still use the items but in a different way. There’s a toilet full of poo, some horrible creepy crawlies, snot, slime and other equally disgusting items.PayPal / PaypalObjects: We use Paypal, which set a number of cookies to allow us to offer promotions such as payment term. Whilst the set is aimed at ages 8+ James is only 6 and still thoroughly enjoyed playing this with just a little bit of help.

Google also requires prominent and easily accessible information about the use of end users’ personal data. Daddy and big J have been practicing the tricks to make sure they are perfect for our Halloween party. It was at my nieces wedding and they had a magician to entertain the guests, and he had a coin that we were told to examine,we did and it was an ordinary 1p. It’s a fantastic magic set and with a little help younger children will be able to have hours of fun too.The tricks are split into groups according to the props they use – a dustbin, sponge bogies, veins, bogie paddles and other accessories like the cube and the telepathic brain.

It’s a set of props to help kids carry out 39 funny magic tricks involving poo, cockroaches, veins, loose teeth and all manner of yuk guaranteed to create shouts of “yuk! I am really looking forward to seeing the rest of the tricks on Halloween and you could host your own Gross Magic show too. I expect the novelty will wear off quickly but also expect the box to come out of the cupboard intermittently and provide repeated hours of fun. We will use your data to personalise and improve your experience on our digital platforms and to send you relevant products and offers we think you'll love. There are goo and snot and squished insects, cockroaches and eyeballs, and a really good booklet detailing how to perform around 50 tricks. My kids rush home from school and, after a quick snack, they are hiding away in a corner on their tablets trying to get a quick game in before homework. James found it hilarious to scare his Nanny with the fake cockroaches and amaze his Grandad by making poo stained loo roll clean again!
