The DM55 manages to improve upon the performance of its forebear, chucks in a couple of useful new features and looks and feels like a serious slab of AV gear. Despite its good looks, the DM55 will still hold TVs up to 40kg in weight - enough for all but the largest sets. The rhythm and tone of any music is presented as if coming from a piece of hifi rather than from a typical soundbar.
