Although the beautiful countryside seems far from the glory of the front, Foyle's battle is an ordinary struggle against everyday evil in extraordinarily dangerous times. I purchased the complete set of Floyle's War as a Christmas gift for our son family because I have seen loved it.Horowitz considered that to honour the veterans of the war it was important to get the details correct.
