From the collection of one true-crime enthusiast (with residue of their name label on ffep), this is a First Edition, Second Impression, from 1983; not ex-lib, not bce. They were identified using dental records and radiology images as Michael Marino and Kenneth Parker on March 29, 1980 (too late to include among the victims identified before Gacy's trial).
