If she hadn't extracted her head from delulu-land, I would've given this one star so brace yourself while reading this. Abby has the way of writing that evokes so much empathy her characters - you become so invested in their lives and feel all their emotions. Abby’s mental health representation is so wonderful and I’m happy to see that made another appearance here. Emma and Justin discover they both have peculiar curse where whenever they breakup with someone, that person they dated goes on to find the love of their life.This, like all of Abby’s books, is hilarious and filled with comedic relief, but it’s also evocative and wrought with emotions and, in some ways, heavier than some of her previous stories.
