About this deal

When the Pevensie children - Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy - step through a wardrobe door in the strange country house where they are staying, they find themselves in the land of Narnia.

To date, the Narnia books have sold over 100 million copies and been transformed into three major motion pictures.

It is interesting that both the Pauline Baynes LWW covers showcase a scene right after Aslan is back from the dead.

When Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Peter take a step through a sea of fur coats, they find themselves in a land of talking animals, magic and more. I love this book and it gave me many mixed feelings towards Edmund from the time he betrayed Lucy and I was scared he was going to be on the White witch's side throughout the whole story. Lewis's most distinguished and popular accomplishments include Mere Christianity, Out of the Silent Planet, The Great Divorce, The Screwtape Letters, and the universally acknowledged classics in The Chronicles of Narnia. Today, we are looking at the best covers for The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and the highest rated non-English Narnia covers.

I don’t think it stood out to me in the poll but taking a long look at it in this video really gave me an appreciation for it. Each piece was sweet and light to the very center and Edmond and never tasted anything more delicious.

Part of me wishes that Number 3 could have won because then the final four would have two Pauline Baynes covers and two Chris Van Allsburg covers. You voted in your thousands to tell us your favourite books on our list of the top 100 best children's books from the last century.

The cover with her artwork on The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe is the same as the paperback edition that I have. This classic story is certain to capture young imaginations, cleverly blending elements of fairy-tale and fantasy to create a wonderfully engaging adventure. I like some of the picture books David Wiesner (who did Number 4) has done, but I find his Narnia book covers to be very bland. But I would give it a 4 star because I know like whats going to happen next but I really enjoyed it though! NarniaWeb is maintained by fans and is in no way connected to Walden Media, Walt Disney Pictures, 20th Century Fox, The Mark Gordon Company, Netflix, or the C.Children's books are full of varied and colourful portrayals of queens: some wield Evil Powers, while others save the day in interesting ways.
