After I complained on twitter they at least offered some kind of compensation (which I declined as I don't want to deal with them anymore). They took a while to build but I think that was more to do with the fact that I'm rubbish at DIY as the instructions were really clear. At 5ft 3in, I struggle to get my baby over the top of the cot when putting them to bed, and this is on the highest setting.

The cot was easy to put together but you do need someone to help you, although this is only down to the size and weight of the cot as you assemble it.
