Myzone's new MZ-Switch is packed with innovative features, allowing you to track your workout, however you choose to move.We have taken steps to ensure that MZChat messages are received faster, and we plan on making the 750 character limit clearer in a future release. I also find the MyZone match sessions brilliant for when I am at the gym but do not have the inspiration (particularly early in the morning) to think of a workout to do. Once you launch a 'workout', the display is really clear and helpful, and gives you a good indication of how you are doing just from a glance.

It is hideously slow (can be 4mins between posting a comment and it appearing to others), which interrupts real time chat across a group; (2) there is a limit to the text length in chats, which is not obvious. Using Bluetooth, ANT+ and Analog technology to provide real time feedback on heart rate, calories and effort, the MZ3 belt ensures that you get accurate feedback on all of your exercise, wherever and however you choose to train.The colour-coded guidance helped me to run more efficiently without stressing about how my numbers compared to anyone else’s, allowing me to fully focus on my own training. With a light indicator on the module and built-in memory, you can see your zone with or without a phone and enjoy up to six months of battery life on one charge. Log on to your Myzone account via the app or desktop, to see minute-by-minute breakdowns of your exercise effort and track your progress over time to gain more understanding about your workout habits. I really like being able to participate in challenges with other people as well as encourage them through liking their workouts.
