My only complaint is that they don't explore the comics that inspired the films in the DVD / BLU-RAY extras. I have to say that between the two I prefer it in 3D, The scenes when he enters the micro cosmos are some of the most impressive 3D effects I've seen for a while, it's still good to watch in 2D but it's not as an immersive experience as the 3D. In short, Ant-Man is one of Marvel's most enjoyable films to date, dare I say even more so than the recent Avenger's film and I hope we will see more of Paul Rudd as Ant-Man and Michael Douglas in future films.
