With its release gradually rolling out in countries outide the US, I'm sure it'll slowly solidify its status as a fragrance icon. I like it and I‘ll use it since I have it, but I wished for a longer longevity and a better sillage. Longevity is slightly improved in the Intense but it's still only about 6 hours on my skin with an unscented lotion to help it bind better and prevent complete evaporation!
i wasn't that interested in the fragrance at first but i got a dupe, Midnight Bloom by VS, and i love the woody vanilla that it carries so i took interest in Cloud as well. It has this a soft pillow "embrace" quality about it, but I would never limit the use to "stay-at-home" times. For example, some top note citrus scents smell stronger immediately upon application, while a lavender middle note may be sensed after some time from application as the top note evaporates. does have a harder hitting wood note at first, maybe a bit stronger coconut, and a bit heavier on musk, but they dry down very similar. That subtle shift in focus is interesting, and maybe another round of wearing both scents next to each other would reveal more to me.If you do not update your preferences, we will assume that you are happy to receive amazing offers and news. if anyone's interested: an even cheaper fragrance with a comparable smell to both is BBW's In The Star's. has much less lavender (hardly any on my skin and mainly in the opening ~30 minutes) and more of the whipped cream, cashmere and ambery notes, I think that's from ambroxan which is the only different note to the original. Orrefors Perfume Bottle, Sweden Crystal Perfume Bottle, Glass Decanter, Heart Shaped Decanter W/ Stopper 4. This fragrance is soft, inoffensive and works well to wear to work or to layer with another fragrance. Cloud Intense definitely smells a lot cosier and smoother, the sharp bite from the lavender is toned down and the milky whipped cream and warm praline are amped up.I'm not planning to push myself THAT far with Cloud because I still would like to enjoy this in the future. If you love cloud there is no doubt you won’t love this as well, BUT it is a bit sweeter I was so eager to get my hands on this because so many have spoken how this is warmer and creamer than original cloud (I love the original but I’m not a huge fan of the first few minutes of the pear) This to me smells almost sweeter but not exactly in a creamy way. I'm not really a huge fan of the original because it's too sweet for me, so maybe this one would be better suited for me since it's a bit less sweet and leans more masculine (I love musky scents). I prefer this over the original, I could barely smell anything on the original unless I got a bad batch.
