A good book full of excellent questions to ask yourself and others to improve your relationships both in and out of work. This is not a book that is well-crafted to appeal to those who do not drink the same kool-aid brand that the author does, but even so there is value to be gained from this book even if its subject matter would have been far better approached by someone who did not equate sound critical thinking with complacent contemporary mainstream leftist thought. I also like the all-around applicability of the book in that it is something that one can find useful for their personal, social, and professional life (or all three!
