This took me back a few years (2018 actually), when we first experienced Colemans Blackout Bedrooms. Most other manufacturers incorporate a darkened fabric into the inner tents of their tents, that just filter some light out of the bedroom area.
As that tent review stated, these bedrooms block out up to 99% of the light for better sleep, and they work great. Front door – On the bottom corners of the front door are some metal eyelets, meaning that if you have a pair of king poles you can make it into a canopy and have it open over your head.Most people will pitch their tent in the garden as per above, but its worth getting it wet and dry either by rain or with a garden hose. We were testing the Air Valdes 6XL FastPitch at Stubcroft Farm in Chichester, and again the weather was oh-so-hot. Although the Coleman MacKenzie 4 will sleeps four people, we recon that this makes for a brilliant weekend couples tent.
We have two in the range, The Pinto Mountain 5 plus XL which is great for longer family adventures with its generous living area and tunnel design, but for festivals it has to be the Coleman Octagon BlackOut.
