Towards the end of the book, I truly did appreciate her even though I never really fell in love with her. It costs more than anyone can fathom because the very things that make you feel even the highest high in the moment can also bring you crashing down in the next. i mean ivy’s whole story is her having issues with her family only to have like a chapter with her finally talking to them about it? Ivy’s inner struggles with her dark thoughts were something that was on-going through out the story. Aiden and Ivy's relationship from being a friend to a couple was smoothly transitioned and well-developed. Years later Ivy struggles to face the harsh reality of her choices after running away from her broken family home.Aiden was having big dreams and he was working very hard to achive his goals, but he couldn't lose Ivy for a second time. he kinda just waltz back into her life and was like ”yup youre mine and you gotta tell me everything” like bitch? Now Ivy was also an interesting character but I think that I got a bit bored after a while and that there wasn’t enough tension?
