In conclusion: very easy to installed, excellent adhesion properties for the prints, strong magnetic stick and the prints pop right off when needed, already recommended to my father who has the same printer. As far as I see there is now plate exactly for the size of the Mars 3 (at least not here in germany).

update* I've added a MK 2 build plate mount that sits a bit deeper in the dunk tank, there's one with and one without water vents to to allow water with your desired cleaning fluid or denture tablets to cover the top of the build plate and help. The 3DJake Flexible Buildplate System was specially designed for easy removal of the finished parts. apart from the relevelling I changed NO settings on the printer and set it of to print an adaptor for an Airsoft RIF, 56 minutes later and I have 2 adaptors firmly stuck to the flex plate, gave them a push (wearing gloves) and they were firmly stuck to the plate, grabbed a tab to remove the plate as as I pulled the plate off, one adaptor popped off into my hand, the other stayed on, I gave the flex plate a slight bend and the other adaptor popped off. I have a plain ol' Mars (a silver one) on which the platen had been powder-coated and had a typical glaze-like powder-coated semi-gloss finish.I did initially have non-adhesion issues but soon realized it was that semi-gloss finish that was the problem and sanded it lightly (just enough to break the glaze) with a random orbit sander and a 320 disc.
