I appreciate the author’s own narrative but the parts I felt more connected to were the more general statements. Another thing that made me smile while reading the book was how safe she felt in her partner's arms, and how calm she was in those moments with her, no bad thoughts, no intrusive thoughts, just her and her partner in bed nothing else in the world matters according to her.

Not only does she state the obvious with the connection in titles, but she also delves into some of the deeper conspiracies about the style of the lyrics, connections to previous albums, and the timeline of the book release.If there’s already been a post about this, my apologies I just couldn’t find it and wanted to see people’s thoughts.
