Strip with larger and smaller single holesWith the floor flange securely in place, you can now screw in the 8” metal pipe. This will be the bottom part of your base. For making a balloon arch outside, we recommend starting with a frame. This will provide you the stability you need to endure the elements. At this point, you can move your bases and other materials outside or wherever your final balloon arch will be. Lay your bases far enough apart for your PVC pipes to connect to each other and create an arch from one base to another.
