About this deal

I am really pleased with this moisturiser, I have dry sensitive skin and a lot of moisturisers feel heavy and greasy but this one is just fantastic. Obviously it’s expensive so it’s not for everyone but I honestly love it and will keep with this now. It really does moisturiser my skin leaving it so smooth & soft but it absorbs and doesn’t feel greasy, nor does it irritate, perfume free is always better for my skin," added another. Customer reviews

A huge variety of day creams are available to choose from, one of which is Hydra-Boost Sensitive Day Cream, developed by Elemis. Day creams are generally lighter than night creams and work well as a base for make-up. They contain no ingredients such as AHA and retinol that may cause your skin to be photosensitive. Instead these products deliver moisture while forming a shield to protect your complexion from environmental pollutants. Some also include sunscreen. Quench Dry Skin's Thirst! We can always trust Beauty Pie to come through with a deep moisturising 'miracle' cream too - and its Triple Hyaluronic Acid cream gives you dewiness, luminosity and a wrinkle-free complexion - yes please. These include: Amodimethicone, Behenoxy Dimethicone, Bis-Aminopropyl Dimethicone, Cetearyl Methicone, Cetyl Dimethicone, Cyclomethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Dimethicone Copolyol, Dimethiconol, Methicone, Phenyl Trimethicone, Phenyl Trimethicone, Stearoxy Dimethicone, Stearyl Dimethicone, Trimethylsilylamodimethicone. Although great for sensitive skin, some shoppers were disappointed in its 50ml size and pricing for a "fairly average moisturiser". If that is the case for you, there are a number of alternative products on the market that are cheaper and work just as well when it comes to giving your skin some TLC. For the same reasons they are popularly used, they are also commonly avoided. Anecdotally, many individuals have reported that Silicones cause/excerbate breakouts, irritation, cause a feeling of skin being unable to breathe, cause clumping of cosmetic products and find it difficult to wash off. As a result, those who find them problematic are avoiding them and increasingly, cosmetic companies are avoiding them as well.
