About this deal

I also want to point out something I really disliked about this book: As I mentioned before, Ryder had gone nearly deaf and because of that, he didn’t speak anymore. I thought this was incorporated pretty well into the book (even though Ryder seemed to function better than I would realistically expect). However, it then really frustrated me when Ryder suddenly got an operation that made him able to hear and speak like he never had an issue in the first place. It was so strange to me, and I didn’t like it. I would have really loved it if Ryder would have been able to find love and happiness with his disability still intact, as he was already well on his way to achieving that anyway. It wasn’t necessary for him to get ‘fixed’, and I would have preferred for it to not have happened. It’s not all spoilers, but the more I look at the more I’m not feeling my review. I’ll redo it(probably a complete redo honestly) once I’ve read the published edition.

UM - Not so sure about the inclusion of ibd in a sexy romance(with all due respect, just never entered my mind is all I mean), but THE rest, I AM ALL ABOUT IT BABY! 😉 I can’t wait for Ax & Rooney 😍! Ryder seemed to have very "selective hearing." One second he wouldn't understand someone's booming voice, and the next he could hear someone whispering? Really? Absolute romantic perfection' Christina Lauren, author of The Unhoneymooners Read more Look Inside Details The hot chemistry between Willa and Ryder makes you want to scream. Several times I wish they could hear my shouting at them to tear each other’s clothes! That’s right! It’s so slow burn story which I don’t really like with normal romance novels but it fit so good with this couple’s story. High sexual tension between is unavoidable. I just want to sing “It’s getting hot in here so take off all your clothes!” Forced to work together on their final project, Willa and Ryder begin a game of pranks and practical jokes, each determined to come out the champion. But once they catch unexpected feelings, victory begins to mean something else—winning each other’s hearts.

Since then, steering clear of Rooney has been impossible. In a matter of months, she’s kissed me speechless, commandeered my art career, and infiltrated not only my dreams but my home. The woman who was once avoidable has become the last thing I needed: temptingly within reach.

One of my favorite things about this book was how soft Axel was for Rooney. When they started to truly know each other you just saw a different side of both of them and it was beautiful. And I also have to shout out that Chloe does an amazing job with being inclusive in her writing. One of my closest friends has the same chronic illness as Rooney and I’ve heard some of the same stories/struggles from her. Cochlear implants leads to my last point, the thing that upset me most about this book: Ryder's speech. I thought it was great that (at some points) he would talk to people through notes or texts, because I do this constantly! But it made me wildly uncomfortable when he began speaking purely for the other MC's benefit. It came across like: "This deaf character needs to alter himself and begin using verbal communication or else he can't engage in a successful relationship." Damn. That was my tipping point into a one-star rating.I loved every bit of this story. Like how we got glimpses of the family and some hints about the next book. Then there is that lovely little girl of Axel's friends. Speaking of his friends, that was wonderful friend support. Romance is especially delightful. All the pinning and slow build-up gave me damn butterflies.

And omg when Ryder went to her soccer game 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 not to be utterly gross but I want what they have Special thanks to NetGalley, Victory editing, and Chloe Liese for providing this copy. I was beyond happy and thankful to get it. Chloe Liese writes incredibly realistic characters and situations connected through incredibly sweet romance novel elements. Representation alone is praise-worthy. It is a very effortless and charming read. I absolutely appreciate how nothing was overdone. I want what you want,” … “All-in, fair and square. I want to be afraid with you rather than fearless and alone. Only when it’s us.”Competitive, hard-working and independent, Willa fills perfectly the athlete role model. She never gives up, trains hard and never forgets her ultimate goal: playing professional. The only thing I wished with this book was for there to be more fake dating, given that it was a marriage of convenience, I expected them to have to hold hands or kiss in front of people, you know everything that comes with that trope. But, the marriage was kept a secret from the Bergman family, and any people that Axel & Rooney were around, already knew that the marriage was for convenience only. and how I almost cried when I read that there would be 5 books in this series following the Bergman brothers (that's how you know you're committed to this ish) This means the chivalry Axel offers her his own cabin as he insists to stay at his tent! And she also eavesdrops Axel’s conversation with his close friends. The A frame’s construction fees cost a lot and for financing his project without informing his family, Axel should do something he hates! He needs to get marry ASAP so he can inherit the money his uncle left for him with the condition of eloping.

I personally liked the first half of this book a lot more than the second half. It started to drag a bit, and that was unfortunate. I also feel like some of the things I loved about this book at first, fell a little flat later on. The romance and banter being among those things. A super cute and steamy slow burn marriage of convenience about characters learning to love themselves and each other😍With You Forever features a sweet and caring hero and a chaotic heroine, a dog, a cat and a wild family that love to meddle into everything ... Their vulnerable honesty was great & all - including during their physically intimate moments-, but there was one sexy moment, where Rooney’s timing wasn’t the best & PDF / EPUB File Name: Only_When_Its_Us_Bergman_Brothers_Book_1_-_Chloe_Liese.pdf, Only_When_Its_Us_Bergman_Brothers_Book_1_-_Chloe_Liese.epub
