This phrase is quite an interesting one. Of course, it’s a bit niche, so it won’t work well in all situations. You can do this by including a piece of content they might find interesting or referencing something that’s relevant to them.

Something like “I’m sure this will be a big help” is a great friendly alternative to “hope this helps.” Hope this works for you” is great when providing friends or family members with much-needed help. After all, it shows you’ve offered all the help you can and “hope” that it’s enough for someone. Of course, “hope this helps” is an option but is it the only suitable phrase? Is It Formal to Say “Hope This Helps”?
