In my role as a human resource professional at enpact, I have found that the Learning Café has allowed me to engage with my remote teammates and better understand their needs, have more open conversations and help them do their best work. The table host welcomes the next group and briefly fills them in on what happened in the previous round. The West Downs Quarter is a short walk from the centre of the King Alfred Quarter. It is the home of the West Downs Student Village and the University of Winchester Business School. The University of Winchester Business School its own cafe ( Cafe Life) and number social learning spaces with the latest IT equipment for you to use for individual and group work sessions. In many organizations some departments, teams or individuals regularly outperform others. Bringing these groups together to have conversations around specific issues, problems or technologies is an excellent way of sharing critical knowledge.

Located in the southwest section of the Buchanan Library, the Learning Café offers semi-private spaces for group activities or presentation practice as well as spaces for individual learning. An assortment of learning technologies is available to students and faculty for use in the Learning Café, including: Our Martial Rose Library has over 300,000 books as well as a huge digital library of academic journals, e-books and databases.
