About this deal

We’ve always had mixed opinions on Beta-Alanine; this is because it can improve your gym session, while causing a minor side effect (itchy and tingly skin). Agmatine Sulfate is an ingredient that we’re not completely sold by. It’s actually used to alleviate pain or help treat drug addicts, but it’s also believed to improve your sporting performance. Again, we don’t see the need for Ornithine to be in Purge PRE V2. Especially as this pre-workout already contains an optimal dosage of Citrulline Malate, which is the better option.

The fight between L-Citrulline and Citrulline Malate will rage on forever more, and I am not the guy to get involved. As it’s difficult to determine which ingredient is causing digestive issues, you may want to try different pre-workout formulas until you find one you can tolerate. summary Sodium bicarbonate may cause problems when consumed at doses higher than 0.3 g per kilogram of body weight. However, most pre-workout supplements do not contain this much ( 17). I guess time will tell, I am not sure why it's currently in a pre workout though, as even with this pre workout, I can't see this doing a huge difference. We might be mistaken, but we believe that this company was called Purge Nutrition not too long ago. However, it seems like it’s re=branded itself as Purge Sports, which isn’t a bad thing.Studies have shown that 3,200+ mg is the clinical dose. Hats off, they have given you a decent dose. Magnesium, on the other hand, may have laxative effects — especially in the form of magnesium citrate. Thus, taking too much may cause diarrhea ( 18). As a result, we consider L-Tyrosine to be a key addition to any pre-workout supplement that it’s added to. Don’t get us wrong, there are many great features of this pre-workout; it contains an optimal 6,000mg dosage of Citrulline Malate, as well as brain-boosting L-Tyrosine. Even Beta-Alanine can be seen as a solid positive, as it’s shown to benefit your muscular endurance. While niacin also plays an important role in energy metabolism, supplementing with it likely doesn’t offer additional benefits if you consume a well-balanced diet ( 13).

Citrullineis usually used to help with blood flow and elevating your nitric oxide levels, again another staple when it comes to pre workouts with high amounts of caffeine or any ingredients that restrict blood flow. It may also be used combination with arginine seems to improve strength and power, but again this is still under review. Purge Sports’ PREV2™ is the ultimate pre workout training enhancer. Our promise to bring you nothing but absolute supplement perfection holds true with the strongest pre workout ever formulated. There are 3 core requirements for pre workout products – they need to provide energy, massive pumps, and better workouts. PREV2™ contains at least 5 ingredients for EACH of these goals, taking advantage of multiple biological processes and metabolic pathways to ensure dominance. Here’s just a snapshot of PREV2’s™ expansive profile: Used to help delay the onset of fatigue. Though currently there is little, to no evidence that it works or even has any positive effects at all! So how does it benefit you? Well, Beta-Alanine has shown to improve your muscular endurance in a similar way to Creatine Monohydrate. This stimulant has been shown to increase muscle strength and output during exercise while reducing fatigue ( 1, 2, 3). Not only that, we’re happy to see that Purge PRE V2 contains L-Tyrosine and Beta-Alanine, which have both proven to be beneficial to your workout. Yet, this ingredient may cause paresthesia, a tingling sensation in your hands and feet. While it’s a harmless nervous system reaction, some people may find it uncomfortable ( 11). In fact, we actually like the new containers for this company’s supplements. They’ve gone for more ‘modern’ with a distinct style, which we’re a fan of. Remember that it’s best to avoid caffeine for at least 6 hours before bed to help prevent sleeplessness, according to some older research ( 6).
