They tried 22 different brands in total, looking for easy-drinking styles with well-integrated botanicals. Pink gin is exactly what it sounds like—flavored gin that uses pin or red botanicals post-distillation to give the spirit its signature hue. The Rose Sainte Marie Gin – as the name implies, has a slight blush pink hue further enhanced when ensconced in the beautiful salmon pink glass bottle.
