For the brownies: I happen to like these dark cakey brownies, but you can swap in your favorite brownie or chocolate cake recipe. A box mix works great, too! No judgment here. The powdered sugar glaze gets into all of the intricate crevices of the mold (those teeth!), making the skulls have this eery old-and-dead feeling to them. The glaze could not be easier. You need three ingredients that are whisked together: Vampires! Melt chocolate and color it purple. Then dip the berries, coating them in melted purple chocolate. After, use melted chocolate and white chocolate to dress them up as vampires!

Green candy coating: I recommend using Wilton Vibrant Green Candy Coating. If you can’t find it, you can also use white candy coating and add food coloring to achieve a nice green shade. These Halloween themed strawberries aren’t the only thing that will taste delicious this October! Spider Cakes and Frankenstein Rice Krispie Treats are sure to both be hits while also being super easy to make! Red Candy Melts: a MUST for getting that bright red blood color! I used these red candy melts by Wilton. strawberries(about 8g each; I used white strawberries. But I think red strawberries would actually look better in this recipe.) If you've added the butter and it's soupy, stop the mixer and place the mixing bowl in the fridge for 20 minutes, then try again.
