It is the saying of Suqrat, Buqrat, Aflatoon, Shakespeare, etc. and someone linked it to Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam. The first category can and should be used for fadhaail (virtues), not for masaail (judicial rulings), whereas the second category should be totally discarded. In Fadhaaile Aa’maal there is not a single hadith which would be classed as fabricated; there are weak ahaadeeth, but there is no harm in using them for fadhaail.
