How do the headphones sound?
The pairing procedure might be different for a device which has just been unboxed and a device which has already been paired before. If noise cancelling is a major priority, you might need to consider spending more. It makes a difference when it’s turned on, but it definitely isn’t as effective as some. It’s more a case of noise quietening than cancelling.
