Everything you need to be able to cook is included when you buy the Weber E320, but you will need to buy gas, and you can also consider buying additional cooking accessories that are designed for specific use with Weber barbecues.
What BBQ Accessories do I need for the start?
Genesis, especially the Genesis II lineup, stands at the top of Weber’s hierarchy. However, it doesn’t imply that the Spirit line is, in any way, inferior to the Genesis series. My Spirit II E-210 model grill had many more parts and was more complicated than my previous grill but I was able to assemble it carefully by myself in less than three hours. I expect the larger models will take longer as there are more parts and grill box would be heavier so you may need help. If cooking space is important to you, then you might prefer the Genesis. However for my money, the Spiritis a better grill at a lower price.
