I actually enjoyed this more than the last one which I thought got a bit bonkers toward the end. There were at least some new ideas in this third (and final?) movie even if they came a bit late. I also liked the ending which was especially grisly and well-deserved! In my opinion, a certain new character introduced early in Halloween Ends (I don't want to spoil it for anyone) should have been in the Halloween remake two movies ago and explored in greater depth over the course of the trilogy. That would have made this new triple movie series a lot more interesting. In Halloween Kills, “Laurie Strode comes out triumphant in her showdown with Michael Myers after she leaves him burning in a cage in her basement. Though badly injured, she begins to feel a sense of relief, thinking she has finally gotten rid of her lifelong tormentor. trying something different, but fans will immediately think of several more interesting ways that the character could have been integrated into the so vital to this movie, enjoy a healthy gain to density and depth without crushing out critical details in low light situations.
