The sonic quality is excellent throughout the studio albums and highlights the intricacy of their music. There was no upturn in the band’s fortunes, though, at least not in Britain. Spooky Two crept into the Top 50 in the US (where it was issued on the A&M label) and did decent, if unspectacular, business in Europe.
