You can store in big jar or put in smaller containers it is up to you. I find it keeps about a week too. Add your own flavours, fruit etc as you need to. Once the yogurt has been opened it should ideally be eaten within a week but according to guidelines can last up to two weeks in the fridge. However, I highly doubt that it’ll last any longer than a day or two in this household! I was using scant 1 litre of UHT semi skimmed milk and two tablespoons of Tesco Value natural yoghurt straiight in the tub overnight but it was too runny.
