We also offer a range of encounters with incredible animals.Spend 20 minutes behind the scenes with our keepers and some of your favourite animals.Encounters include day admission to the zoo! We are currently offering three animal encounters to meet some of our awesome animals, choose between Spectacled Bears (ages 18+), Lions (ages 18+) and Giant Tortoises (ages 6+).We believe it is vital to shop sustainably this Christmas. With Elephant Parade in full swing, the Gift Shop is full of Parade souvenirs! These souvenirs support elephant conservation, with 20% of all proceeds going towards the social enterprise Elephant Parade®. Choose from hand-painted elephant sculptures, Parade keyrings, magnets and Elephant Parade craft sets! You may notice a display of original art by Christina Bush in our Gift Shop and our Food Barn. Christina is a well-known West Country artist who founded Noah’s Ark with her husband Anthony in 1999. Christina trained at the Chelsea School of Art and her colourful paintings focus on the vibrancy of the zoo and surrounding landscapes.Do you know a young budding zookeeper? The Junior Animals of The World Experience is the perfect gift that offers children behind-the-scenes access to a fascinating range of animals. A Zoo membership holder can visit the Zoo for a year from the start date without the need to prebook a date or time. They will also receive 10% off in our catering and retail outlets when they show their membership card.
