About this deal

Even though she has 7 factors, she doesn't have an array display. This is most likely an error while making her rig, as it is stated in her debut that she's a super rectangle. Creation Consumer Finance Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Register no. 311518). Zero, One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine, Ten, Eleven, Twelve, Thirteen, Fourteen, Fifteen, Sixteen, Seventeen, Eighteen, Nineteen, Twenty, Twenty-One, Twenty-Two, Twenty-Three, Twenty-Four, Twenty-Five, Twenty-Six, Twenty-Seven, Twenty-Eight, Twenty-Nine, Thirty, Thirty-One, Thirty-Two, Thirty-Five, Thirty-Six, Forty, Forty-Five, Forty-Nine, Fifty, Fifty-Five, Sixty, Sixty-Four, Seventy, Eighty, Eighty-One, Ninety, One Hundred

All of the above. We used them for whole class teaching to demonstrate, we used them as a group to build the numbers, make a number line and I also then challenged the children to show me the numbers 11-20. Leaving them out for child-initiated learning I found the children were building the numbers and then role-playing with them like the story telling in the episodes. Starting with Now in 3D, after having been thrown onto the Dimension-ator's controls by Octonaughty, Twenty-Seven now wears a purple mask with a yellow cube symbol above to symbolize she's a cube number. When she's not in a cube shape, she doesn't always have her mask on. What would you say are the greatest benefits of the product, both to you as the teacher and to your students? John Lewis plc, registered office: 171 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5NN. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Register no. 724309) for the purpose of introducing the credit provided by Creation Consumer Finance Ltd, registered office: Wellington Buildings, 2-4 Wellington Street, Belfast BT1 6HT.The Teacher’s Guide offers a comprehensive guide to support with planning and has some very useful template sheets. This guide can easily be used by a teacher or teaching assistant. They really relate to the characters and numbers which helps to concrete their understanding of the numbers and also to a deeper level. In our school we follow a mastery approach to mathematics so having the concrete resources is very important to our children’s learning. Using this set can support all of the five counting principles which are essential for children to develop in the early years. This teaching resource received a three-star award in the maths category in the 2021 Teach Primary Awards. Because they are hands-on concrete materials this set can be accessed by all children. I have an autistic child in my class. He also loves the set and making the numbers. The MathLink Cubes are a good challenge for him to also develop his fine motor skills.

The 30 activities on the 15 write-and-wipe activity cards feature fun ways for children to use MathLink Cubes to develop early maths skills. The activities have been developed to help children recognise numbers, learn to count, add and subtract, discover division and multiplication, and develop problem-solving skills.I have used the set in many ways in our classroom and will also plan to use them for many more mathematics sessions across the spring/summer term. Considering it has been played with by both my two year old and my seven year old I think there is a really good long term appeal to the product – particularly when used in conjunction with the activity cards to work on simple algebra. Do you feel the product is unique or different from other resources?Yes, whilst it bears similarities to other sorting resources, I think the “family” element gives it the edge. Most importantly… did you have fun using this product?YES! The ultimate set for teachers to help children master maths by bringing the concepts shown in the award-winning TV series to life in the classroom. The set includes 15 double-sided write-and-wipe Activity Cards that feature 30 fun, hands-on maths learning activities related to selected episodes from the TV series. The activities have been developed to help children recognise numbers, learn to count, add and subtract, discover division and multiplication, and develop problem-solving skills.

We used them for whole class teaching to demonstrate, we used them as a group to build the numbers, make a number line and I also then challenged the children to show me the numbers 11-20. Leaving them out for child-initiated learning I found the children were building the numbers and then role-playing with them like the story telling in the episodes. Yes, it can help meet all of the Early Years Foundation Stage early learning maths goals and also can be used into year 1 and 2 to support with many mathematical concepts. We have recently used them to reinforce the concept of number bonds to 10 alongside the episode Blast Off where children built and found the number pairs for 10. This is the perfect hands-on, visual maths manipulative to use alongside teaching the class and also to support children when doing their maths activities. The Teacher’s Guide is a welcome addition to support with planning and the templates help to reduce workload. The children are very motivated by the product, and I have found it to really support their learning.
