It’s probably the most common question dentists get: "Which mouthwash should I be using?" Or, "is this mouthwash good?" Similarly, we evaluated consistency between two collection methods (RNA later vs. FOBT for gut microbiome, OMNIgene mouthwash vs. Scope mouthwash fro oral microbiome) using samples immediately frozen (day-0).
