Perfect comfort food, recipe was straight forward and easy to follow. Unusual but delicious mix of curry with a quasi-salsa. I made this as a weeknight dinner but I would make it for company. Love this dish! Harvested Swiss chard from my garden and decided this was what I would make with it. Great flavors and easily something to make again!
