About this deal

CORSAIR's latest iCUE software with Murals enables you to create the ultimate RGB setup that not only fits your style, but can be dynamically changed to match your favorite visuals or digital content. iCUE Murals is easy, intuitive, fun, and the color options are nearly limitless. However, I can't solely place a fix on that alone, because I also tweaked other settings at the behest of Corsair support. They are as follows: I went into my PC and Deleted anything listed as Corsair, Anything listed as Void Pro and even went into my Device Manager and Deleted anything related to ST100 and Void Pro and then uninstalled the Software ICUE. Did a Search through my C Drive and Deleted anything remaining of Corsair relating to any .dll's or other files related to ST100 and Void Pro. If so, the issue may be caused by the latest iCUE software update coming into conflict with your Windows build. You can try one of the following fixes below.

My next instinct was well maybe something on Windows 10 is conflicting with the USB. So I went into Device Manager, found the ST100 and Uninstalled its Drivers manually, uninstalled ICUE and rebooted my PC, reinstalled ICUE and plugged in the ST100. This time the ST100 did not auto detect even by Windows and the lights failed to come on. Can all of you confirm which version of iCUE and Windows you are on? Just to confirm, the primary issue you all are having is that ST100 is not showing in iCUE after performing the firmware update? Proudly display your headset with the ST100 RGB Premium Headset Stand, featuring premium aluminum construction and customizable RGB lighting. Two USB 3.1 (Gen 1) inputs are conveniently located for wireless headset receivers and provide optimal placement, with improved charging power and faster data speeds for your devices. I'm still having trouble with power issues though. It seems to be failing with code 1167 in the logs. It'll shut down and then continuously try to start up again but never make a good connection.Did you experience one or more of the following sound issues after installing the most recent iCUE software update? So I did some digging around and saw on a few threads to use USBDeview to see if I could see the ST100 there, and I could. However it appears the ST100 Headset appears as "Unknown." As shown here I cue.hid_device_detector: Add close task: "\\\\?\\hid#vid_1b1c&pid_0a34#7&1d49b690&0&0000#{4d1e55b2-f16f-11cf-88cb-001111000030}"

Rebooted the PC, reinstalled using the latest Software Directly first, did not automatically run the software after install, went into the folder, ran it as admin. The Corsair ST100 RGB Premium Headset Stand also moonlights as a pretty capable sound card with 7.1 virtual surround support

Step two: Reinstall audio drivers and iCUE

Not that i am aware of. Most CUE related issues e.g. Device not detected, device disconnecting, effects not running are usually resolved when the device is plugged into a AMD/Intel controlled port rather than a third party one. I cue.firmware.update.controller: "ST100RGB" FW update has been started. From "Primary FW: 0.02.91; Secondary FW: 0.02.91; Bootloader FW: 0.01" to "Secondary: Application: 0.4.106"

I talked with support but wasn't able to fix the issue. I have the most updated BIOS and chipset drivers for my mobo, windows claims USB controller drivers are the best. I've enabled USB legacy support, disabled XHCI handoff, disabled USB selective suspend. Still having the issue though. Just completely cuts out and error codes 1167.Control and customize Philips Hue smart lighting devices through your iCUE software, and synchonize ambient room lighting with the rest of your RGB setup. First off, and as a tech professional, there isn't anything wrong with your ST100 hardware-wise if it's connecting via USB and lighting up. I began noticing problems with mine immediately as well, and these problems could be fixed with the proper drivers and firmware if they ever cared to update it. The ST100, for whatever reason, seems to work best with only partial USB initialization, for me that meant going into the BIOS and enabling Fast Boot.

Me too! I tried every USB port on my PC, and nothing works. Works fine for every other device in iCUE, except this. I cue.firmware.update.controller: "ST100RGB" FW update has been failed. From "Primary FW: 0.02.91; Secondary FW: 0.02.91; Bootloader FW: 0.01" to "Secondary: Application: 0.4.106"However, the biggest problem for me came with gaming. If I start a gaming session (say on Destiny or Overwatch), after about 15 minutes the ST100 just cuts out and starts reconnecting/disconnecting every 15 secs. Seems to be power draw related, as these games are graphically intensive. But I can't be sure. I've tried multiple USB ports, multiple USB 3.0 to micro cables, and multiple computers. All produce the same result. Just an update on this. As I got home from work and could sit down and trash the ICUE program completely. Keeping your headset on a stand can have benefits, as it will keep them from being accidentally damaged or warped due to sitting with awkward pressure on the earcups or supporting band, along with putting them on display to impress your audiophile friends. In a time when expensive wireless RGB gaming headsets and audiophile headphones are so commonplace on the desks of PC enthusiasts, the idea of an RGB headset stand with some very useful features doesn’t seem so far-fetched. CORSAIR iCUE has amassed an extensive collection of third-party partners to unite an ever-expanding ecosystem into a single intuitive interface.
