The Kidde 10LLDCO is a 10 year life digital display Carbon Monoxide Detector, CO detectors are now a requirement by law and a landlords responsibility to have installed in all residential premises. With Kidde’s new interrogation capability, any ‘event’ can be analysed and diagnosed by a Kidde Engineer because recent events are stored within the alarms memory buffer. In my opinion the Kidde 10LLDCO (AKA KID10LLDCO) is currently the best CO detector available for the UK, and it's the one I most strongly recommend to home owners whether you live in a flat, semi-detached, or fully detached home (if you're currently renting then you may be able to request your landlord installs one on your behalf).

The alarm's interrogation feature allows peak levelandtest history to be analysed by Kidde upon arrangement. It has 3 LED's - alarm, operate and fault, and an end-of-life warning that alerts the user when to replace the alarm. A test/reset button allows regular testing of the alarm function. Costs a few pounds more upfront than the Kidde 7DCO which is basically the same unit but requires regular replacement batteries.
