This languishing made subsequent series tougher to find, but I will say this is certainly one of the strongest lineups they've done in the blind-bag series for DC!

Shockingly, the head is a two-part piece with the helmet glued on and over a beige skintone neck and "head" - so his ears kind of pop out within their cutaways! Obviously, this is meant to be kryptonite which, on a conceptual level, makes this one of the grimmest releases in the whole line! Red is used to background the series number on the front and fill in the product silhouettes on the back.
He comes with a bizarre new accessory, soft translucent yellow plastic with two giant fists connected by some electricity (I'm guessing). So two bags with “88” on it will contain the same figure, and for example, if you find numbers 88, 87, and 84, you know you’ve got 3 separate figures. He's a straight-up repaint of the Secret Agent from Series 1 - or would be if they hadn't retooled his torso to remove the raised "i" logo from his left breast! That's no doubt aided by the new head sculpt, which includes the tall collar, and that really completes the look of the costume!

Still though, it looks very cool and color balances with the red and blue of the costume exceptionally well! From the latest Mini Brands collectibles to Cats vs Pickles squishy soft toys and Star Wars figures theres something for everyone. His blind bag comes with a coin that’s way too big for the figure but a good size for a child to flip around. I wish they would have ignored the vest sculpt and just painted his torso blue and white, to further push the homage (and cut down on all the black on this figure). Paint is quite minimal, but does a pretty good job of conveying the design, as does Lex's smug smirk.I kind of have to wonder how the figures would have looked if they'd swapped the bodies used for Sinestro and John, here. His accessory is a weird sort-of Doc Ock contraption with six robotic tentacle-ish arms coming off of the shoulder pads of a chest harness.
