The Talisker in 2021 was a 10-year-old expression and after its initial aging in American Oak, it was also finished in ex-Amoroso cask. Talisker is the oldest working distillery on the Isle of Skye, enjoying a long and very successful history. If we decide not to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms, such decision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

A Diageo Special Release expression from 2023's selection, Talisker ‘The Wild Explorador’ was finished in a combination of white, tawny, and ruby Port casks before it was bottled at 59. One of my favorite characteristics of Talisker is how punchy it is, and 57° North comes out swinging. Each whisky in the collection is bottled in a single batch and then marked with the date of distillation as well as a bottling and batch number to highlight the expression’s rarity. Caramel and dried fruits mix with zest of orange peel and hints of tart citrus fruit, green apple and cream toffee end slightly earthy.
